• What’s another way to look at this?
• Who sees this differently than I do?
• What if both perspectives were true?

✅ Replace “Either/Or” Thinking with “Both/And” Thinking.
Instead of asking:

❌ Should I be a strategic visionary or an execution-focused leader?
✅ How can I be both?

❌ Do I trust data or my intuition?
✅ How do I use data to sharpen my intuition?

✅ Practice Holding Opposing Ideas Without Rushing to Resolve Them.

• Instead of: I need to either disrupt or protect the core business.
• Ask: How can I disrupt while strengthening our foundation at the same time?
